Day 8: February 23, 2017
Hello everybody!
Today we have a really hot day! There are some boys and girls who got sunburn, but they are ok with aloe vera lotion. Definitely the activities for today will be in the memory of the guys for long time.
In the morning after breakfast we went snorkeling for the last time in this tour, and that was awsome! Kids were swimming with sea turtles, rays, sea lions, sharks, Galapagos penguins and colorful fishes! They have really good pictures and videos of that experience. Then we went to see some land iguanas and their babies before to come back to the island for lunch.
In the afternoon we took a "chiva" to the next breeding center, here guys learned about new species of tortoises. There was a pad in the middle of the mangroves where we were walking trough to see flamingos and some other birds.
In the way back to the hotel, guys walked along the beach to spend more time there and to enjoy of the last sunset in Isabela Island.
By 7 we had dinner and local guides were talking about the activities for tomorrow and the process to go to next island. Now packing time!
Good night!
